Our focus is on creating art that brings believability to film and stage productions, a better work environment to your employees, as well as invites customers to come in and do business with you. Art can create a desirable destination in a mundane world. Think back to how great art created favorite places in your past. We strive to create real world art that causes your audiences, employees and customers to want to come back to you for a rewarding experience. We love taking on any and all visual design challenges that our current projects schedule will allow. Or we can put you into our calendar que. In addition to remarkable artistic talent amongst our team members, we can boast a state of the art shop that allows us to produce one of a kind art and signage and stage dressing that is much more affordable than you would imagine. You don't have to be a Rockefeller to commission our work. Take one of our recent projects, at ADP, for example. Employing trompe l'oeil (deceive the eye) techniques, as well as shop fabricated art components we created a common area indoor space that chases away the winter blues. An indoor forest if you will, a relaxing space that allows employees to take a break and get back to work with more energy. Give us your challenge, you won't be disappointed.

Today I got a delivery here at the studio.  North Sanpete High School dropped of an old candy machine that's been in the commons area of their school since before disco was king and Hollywood was waking up and taking notice of a hot new face by the name of Richard Dreyfuss.  Apparently it's become quite an eye-sore, so the student body officers decided it was time for a change.  As funds were not available for a new machine they banged out the dents on this old machine as best they could.  (they were considerable) They then masked off all the glass and chrome and painted the whole thing black.  I'm a little curious to see if we're going to have to buff it a little to get the acrylic to stick.  I've had some sad experience with trying to airbrush on some enamels and often the acrylic just pools and spots.  We'll see though.  I met with the officers a few weeks ago and they settled on a general design they could all agree on and in my spare time I've put together some drawings and rough color sketches to use as reference.  Tomorrow I'll block up the windows in the north wall an project these designs on tho the machine and get to work.

Follow along as we take you through the creative process from idea conception to in house fabrication of design elements and then the painting and install. We will be focusing on one of our latest projects , the Employee Common Area at ADP. In this case, ADP wanted to provide a relaxing, outdoorsy environment within the comfort of their interior space. The concept JM Quinn Studios developed and installed was a woodland theme. We hope you enjoy the narrative, and especially, the finished product.
